Delegates selected to participate in the Youth Summit from the Raleigh County region met at the West Virginia University Electronic Classroom, which is in Carter Hall on the campus of the College of West Virginia.

The Beckley host was Denny Godfrey of the WVU Extension Service.  Ann Neese of the WVU Institute of Technology was the facilitator, assisted by co-facilitator Michael Neese, also of WVU Institute of Technology.  Chuck Sizemore of Seneca Communications provided technical support.
