Delegates selected to participate in the Youth Summit from the Kanawha County region met on the first floor of the University of Charleston's Clay Tower. The Charleston host was Pam Cutright of the WVU Division of Extended Learning. Donna Patton of the WVU Extension Service was the facilitator, assisted by co-facilitator Amy Goodwin of the WVU Alumni Association.
