Delegates selected to participate in the Youth Summit from the Wood County region met at the West Virginia University-Parkersburg campus. The Parkersburg host was Dave Winger of the WVU Division of Extended Learning. Cynthia Kelley of the WVU-Parkersburg faculty was the facilitator, assisted by co-facilitator Denise McClung, also of WVU-Parkersburg. Dennis Carnes of WVU-Parkersburg provided technical support. |
